Prepaid: $2,297 covers the build and 12 months of Managed, so you save $317 vs monthly. The site is yours as soon as it's paid. It renews automatically at $1,587 a year ($177 less than 12 monthly payments) unless you tell us 7 days before it renews; we email you a reminder 30 to 60 days ahead. No refund if you stop mid year. What you pay when you sign is only refunded under our 7 day guarantee. You pay for your domain directly, about $11 to $23 a year. After year one, monthly continues at $147 a month and prepaid renews at $1,587. Either can switch to hosting only at $49 a month, or leave and have the site transferred to you for $200 (after that, any work is $250 an hour). Prepaid can also switch to $147 a month. We don't promise rankings, traffic, or customers.

The site stays with us until the third payment; then it's yours, and it's $49 a month hosting or a $200 transfer. Hosting is month to month. Give 7 days' notice to stop. What do I get for $147 a month?
We keep your site online and run it for you: up to 2 updates a month (30 minutes each), your Google Business Profile set up and kept current, a Google check in every month, help getting reviews, a check in with us every 2 weeks, and advice. Extra work is $100 an hour.
Do I see it before I pay?
Yes. We build a free preview of your real site. If it's a no, you pay nothing. After you pay, your first draft is ready in 48 hours and your site is live in 7 days, or you get a full refund if the delay is on our end.
Can I stop Managed early?
Yes. Give 7 days' notice before your next bill and nothing more is charged. The site is yours once the 12 months are paid, or you can pay the rest early. If you stop before that, the site comes down.
Why does the prepaid year renew at $1,587?
Your first year includes building your site. You already have it, so the renewal only covers 12 months of Managed: $1,587, which is $177 less than 12 monthly payments of $147.
Who pays for the domain?
You do, directly, so it stays in your name. It usually costs $11 to $23 a year.
